Steve has been a leading real estate professional since 1986 and a licensed broker in California and Nevada since 1999.
Throughout his career, Steve has been a leader in the real estate profession, serving as President of the Scenic Coast Association of REALTORS® and on various committees including Ethics and Professional Standards. Steve has been involved with the Standard Forms Committee for the California Association and Realtors® since 2004 and was appointed as chairman of the committee in 2007. Steve is currently involved with reviewing and modifying the Residential Purchase Agreement on behalf of the California Association of REALTORS® as well as his commitments as member of the Standard Forms Committee for 2009.
