            Throughout his career, Steve has been a leader in the real estate profession, serving as President of the Scenic Coast Association of REALTORS® and on various committees including Ethics and Professional Standards. Steve has been involved with the Standard Forms Committee  for the California Association and Realtors® since 2004 and was appointed as chairman of the committee in 2007.  Steve was a member of a special Study Group who's task was reviewing and modifying the California Residential Purchase Agreement on behalf of the California Association of REALTORS®.
